It can be like fabric masks with various impregnations (life hack: to get the maximum effect, it is better to apply them while taking a bath), alginate (it is recommended to apply serums or concentrates under these masks, which greatly enhances their effect on the skin), so and cream, clay or gel masks applied in a thick layer, which then, after complete drying, must be washed off with water.

In normal times, it's recommended to use masks 1-2 times a week, but during self-isolation it is quite possible to arrange an intensive care regimen and do them every day or every other day for two weeks or even a month, this will be especially good for eliminating dry skin. Make enzyme or acid peels for home care Even with a tendency to pigmentation and despite the light season, during this difficult period of the home regimen, it is recommended to use soft peels 1-2 times a week to stimulate skin cell division, to brighten pigmentation, to improve complexion and rejuvenation. As a result, by the end of the quarantine, the skin will become much softer, smoother and more radiant. Get enough sleep It is known that many hormones are actively secreted during sleep, and above all, growth hormone, which contributes to the qualitative renewal of cells. It is the hands that are suffering the most now. On the surface of the skin is a hydrolipidic mantle, which, when contacted with soap-based detergents, is destroyed. If we wash our hands five times a day, the skin copes with this. But if you wash them 25 times plus use sanitizers, which injure the skin even more, the problem will be obvious. Most of us will experience dryness and tightness of the skin, small cracks may appear on it.

In some cases, in order to prevent such a situation, it will be enough to use additional moisturizing and protection in the form of creams. What should be in their composition? Moisturizing components that create a protective film on the hands. These are silicones, mineral oils, beekeeping products. Do not be afraid of mineral oils. They are used because this component does not cause allergies. The second option is creams - nutritious. Thanks to them, it will be possible to restore the damaged hydrolipidic balance. When to apply the cream? After each hand wash and as discomfort occurs. Many of us (according to various sources, about 15%) have a history of allergic diseases of the hands. And for such people, a violation of the hydrolipidic mantle is one of the key links in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis. This disease is manifested in the appearance of red, flaky spots, weeping vesicles, severe itching. Itching can be quite severe, making it difficult for people with such problems to control themselves. Combing often leads to a secondary infection. Similar damage can also be the entrance gate for the virus. Therefore, going to the store, pharmacy, moving in public transport, wear gloves!
It is necessary to maintain sufficient humidity in the room to maintain a sufficient level of skin hydration. Humidifiers do a good job of this. Do not forget to ventilate the room and carry out wet cleaning. Household dust is clearly not good for your skin.

If it is not possible to go for a walk in compliance with the "social distance" and protective measures (mask + glasses + gloves), you need to go to the balcony, ventilate the room well, open the windows. Drink warm drinks The virus is afraid of high temperatures, so the fluids used (water, tea, coffee, decoctions, soups) should be warm. At the same time, be sure to follow the drinking regimen at the rate of 30 ml of water per 1 kg of your weight - this will help maintain the necessary concentration of trace elements in the blood to maintain enzyme activity and the quality of the cell membrane that protects against viruses. Use home made soap To wash your hands, you can use DIY soap (since it practically does not contain chemical ingredients, it minimally injures the skin). Not necessarily an antiseptic - you can clean water. It's recommended because the infection attaches to the mucous membranes.
Change your diet Diversify your diet with foods rich in vitamins C and D, zinc. Food during the epidemic should be light, with the required protein content and sufficient fiber (vegetables). Vegetable and fruit juices are recommended, especially from carrots and apples. But the amount of sugar, simple carbohydrates and alcohol should be minimized. In this case, the sugar consumption rate is calculated as follows: 1 tsp. sugar is 5 grams, and children under 3 years old are recommended to consume 25 grams of sugar, children under 8 years old - 35 grams, girls under 15 years old and women after 50 years old - 40 grams. Boys under 15 years old and women under 50 years old - 45 grams. Men over 50 years old and women under 30 years old - 50 grams. For men from 30 to 50 years old - 55 grams, and for men under 30 years old - 60 grams of sugar.
Add sports activity If your fitness club is closed and the trainer is in quarantine, then you can start your home workout with a regular exercise, which is recommended every day. As an option, add exercises for 15-20 minutes during the day (it can be squats while preparing tea, a bar or “push-ups” from the wall). Ideally, allocate an hour and a half to a full class several times a week.
